Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms, although spacious with large balconies and exceptional views, were not as clean as expected, possibly due to our short stay. Despite this, the spectacular view and comfort made up for it. The service, unfortunately, was lacking with rude behavior and poor service lasting over two hours. However, the location, right across the street from the sea at the Dead Sea, was excellent and clean. The dining experience was enjoyable, especially during Shabbat, although limited due to a religious festival. In terms of facilities, the hotel offered a range of amenities, but the overall experience fell short on cleanliness and level of service.
The hotel has a beautifully decorated lobby and very comfortable beds, but the rooms outside need updating as they are old and filthy. Unfortunately, some amenities were not working, which was inconvenient during my stay.
My stay at this hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were decent and fairly clean, overlooking a stunning view of the Dead Sea. However, there were many cosmetic issues like a scratched bed headboard and broken-off temperature-indicating caps in the bathroom that affected the overall experience.
